Updates! 3D printing is literally the best– I’ve cut down the average time to make a fursuit base from several weeks to roughly 72 hours! Weis is already taped up and being furred.

Look how happy he looks! His eyes are a little darker of a green than in the ref sheet so I’ll be going back to fix that once the furring is done. Luckily they haven’t been glued in yet so it should be super easy.
This week we’re also gonna be starting on our fox head model (because our next suit is a kitsune). The printer is sitting idle at the moment so if possible I’d like to get that next base printed before I need it. It’ll cut down on construction time 🙂 We also have the reference art to start doing hyena bases but we don’t have any clients for that atm so it can wait until the current queue is finished.
