How to Order A Fursuit

Want to commission us? Follow these Steps!

Prepare a Reference Sheet

If you want a fursuit with a custom design, the first thing you should do is have a reference sheet prepared. You can do this yourself, or hire an artist to do it for you! A viable reference sheet will have a view of your character from the front, side, and back. If your character’s design is not symmetrical, you will need to show both sides of the character instead of just one. A reference sheet is required for any custom character you would like a fursuit or any fursuit parts of. Please note that we will only accept safe for work (SFW) reference sheets. If your reference sheet is not safe for work, you will need to provide a different one or thoroughly censor any not safe for work (NSFW) elements.

This reference sheet by Tanglecolors is a great example of what we are looking for in a reference sheet!

Artistic Liberty Fursuits

We also offer artistic liberty fursuits. these fursuits require no reference sheet. Instead, you may provide us with an animal species, a concept, a few colors, or a mix of the three, and we will either design your fursuit ourselves or work with an artist to do so. If this option is chosen, you will receive a reference sheet from us after the down payment has been received. If this idea interests you, fill out the Artistic Liberty fursuit form on the application forms Page.

Adoptables

If you are interested in purchasing one of our adoptable characters, all you have to do is fill out the Adoptable Application Form on the application forms page. This type of fursuit also does not require a reference sheet, and you will be provided with a non-watermarked copy of the character’s reference sheet once the commission is finalized.

Get a Quote

If you’ve got what you need, it’s time for you to get a quote! A quote will give you an accurate assessment of how much you will need to pay for your fursuit. To get your quote, head over to our application forms page and fill out the required information.

Duct Tape Dummy (DTD)

If the fursuit type you are interested in has bodysuit components (plantigrade, digitigrade, and 3/4ths fursuits), you will need to prepare a duct tape dummy and have it shipped to us. In this case, we will provide you with an address to send it to. If your suit requires a DTD, please prepare it and sent it to us as soon as possible, as we cannot determine how much material to order until we have it. See “What’s a DTD?” for more information on how to create one.

Finalize Your Payments

If you are ordering a custom, artistic liberty, or adoptable fursuit, you will need to make a down payment to secure your slot. Once your slot has been secured, construction on your fursuit will begin when all suits before it in the queue have been completed. If you are buying a premade fursuit, payment must be made in full before the fursuit will be shipped to you. More information about this can be found in our Terms of Service.

Get Excited!

As parts are completed (or occasionally more frequently) we will send you messages with photos of your suit, and when it’s done, we will send it out to you!
