What is your turnaround time for creating fursuits?
That depends! Fullsuits will take longer than Partials, and digitigrade fullsuits will take longer than plantigrade fullsuits. That being said, we will try to have your suit completed within 4-8 months from the date construction is started. If there are any delays, we will be sure to let you know via our established communication method.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Square, Stripe, and Money orders! Payments are taken in USD only.
I love [character] from [series]! Can you make them for me?
Unfortunately not. We only take commissions for original animal characters.
I really like this suit from your gallery! Can you make that character for me?
We really appreciate that you enjoy our work! However, each suit is a character that belongs to the person who bought the suits. We have a deep respect for the time, money, and creativity it takes to design a character, and the people who have ownership over those designs. For that reason, we will only remake a suit for the original buyer. However, we would be happy to help you design a character unique to you that you’ll absolutely love!
I’m not 18 yet, can my parent/guardian buy my suit for me?
No. We are only accepting commissions from clients who are at least 18 years of age.
Why didn’t you accept my commission?
If you haven’t received a response to your application within seven of submission, we may not have accepted your commission. There are a few reasons why a commission might not be accepted. Generally, we like to make fursuits that we think will fit our style well, or that we think would make for fun projects that both we and the wearer will love. We will not accept commissions if the provided ref sheet has NSFW elements. We also may not accept a commission if the necessary colors do not exist in faux fur and substitutes cannot be found. There are also a few species that we do not offer for commissions, so applications featuring those species will not be accepted.
Okay, so what are the species you won’t make?
At the moment, we do not accept commissions for Sergals, Angel Dragons/Dutch Angel Dragons, Protogens, and Skulldogs. We have nothing against these species, of course! However, we don’t think these species can be well adapted to fit our style at this time. This could always change in the future!
Do you make Murrsuits/NSFW/Will you include an SPH for me?
The short answer to this question is no. You can of course do as you like with your fursuit when you receive it. However, please note that our social media accounts will not interact with any NSFW material featuring our fursuits, and that modifications to your fursuit will void any active warranty on it. We also would request that you not tag our social media accounts with such content.
